I hope you will have fun hopping around to everyone and looking at what they have created, and I am sure we would appreciate it if you left us some love as you passed through.

Since there is no IKE'sWORLD Challenge this week, we are having a bit of fun with the hop.  Do you fancy winning one of the New images???? All you have to do is go around the hop and leave everyone a comment and then go back to IKE'sWORLD Challenges and leave a comment saying that you've done that, how simple is that?

This hop will run throughout this week, so you have plenty of time to enter.  Make your way around and back to IKE'sWORLD by midnight on Sunday 2nd February 2014, and then we will do a random pick from those of you who completed the hop and let you know the winner at our next challenge post, which will be on Tuesday 4th February 2014

Here is my piece

I have altered a photo frame using my favourite Smeared Ink image from the As Death Set, available in Rubber from the Smeared Ink Rubber Club. I have stamped the corners and heat embossed. I like the contrast between the matt of the frame and gloss of the embossing. I then added the cord and tassel and attached a bow.

This week I decided to combine this challenge with another challenge on the forum .... January's

New year and two new challenges.

The challenge theme at Quoth the Raven is Anything Poe's........ NOT to be confused with anything goes

No no no no.  At Quoth the Raven we want to see your artistic creations relating to or depicting.....

On the Smeared and Smudged Forum, the Smudgy Antics challenge theme is Anything Goes, where we want to see, whatever your heart desires you to create, using a Smeared Ink image, digi or rubber.

I have combined the two challenges in one piece.

The image and sentiment are rubber stamped images from the Quoth the Raven set by Smeared Ink. Coloured with ProMarkers, available as a back order from the Smeared Ink Rubber Club.  

The frame is by X Cut and the DP is by Kanban.
