13 Unlucky for Some

Hi All,

Welcome to the new Macabre Monday Challenge ....... Unlucky for Some.

You are to create a dark, Gothic, or Hallowe'en based art piece with a total of thirteen components. No more, no less. Thirteen pieces total.

If you make a card, the base counts as one, if use multiple dp's, they each count as one. If you use six brads they count as six. Get the idea?

I have used 13 embellishments
Starting in the right hand corner .......
1 x sentiment, 1 x tassel, 2 x ribbons, 5 x flowers, 1 x piece of lace, 3 x red pearls = 13

Dripping

Welcome to another fortnight challenge with Smudgy Antics. For this challenge we want to see how you can incorporate DRIPPING into your projects. The more creative and out of the box the better! We want to see how far you can take this challenge. The more imaginative, the better your chances of winning

Here is what I came up with

The image is a digi stamp from the Fallen set by Smeared Ink, coloured with Promarkers. The dripping blood is cut from the backing paper Tragic Symphony from the Breathless range by Creative Imagination. The Die Cut frame is by Spellbinders.

Holey Moley

Morning All and Welcome to a new Challenge at Haunted Design House. For the next two weeks you are challenged to make a project with more than one hole in it.

Here is what I came up with

I have made an aperture card (not that you can tell from the photo :/) Counting the bullet hole in the poor girls chest and all the ones created by the lacy frame, there are 19 holes depicted on this card :)
The image is "Last Show for a Showgirl" by PerfectParadox found on DeviantArt.  The background is an image of a bullet hole through glass from the net.

Skull Appreciation Day Blog Hop

Hi All and welcome the Skull Appreciation Day Blog Hop, hosted by Smeared Ink.  If you would like more details on Skull Appreciation Day, then please visit Skull-A-Day Blog where it all began.

If you have arrived from the Movie Magic Monthly Blog, then you are on the right track, if you have just stumbled across my blog and would like to start at the beginning, then please find the blog roll on my side bar. --->

The bloggers were asked to create a project that features a Skull and nothing more.  It can be any project and this is the one event held each year where the item does not necessarily need to be stamped.

I have used a Skull stamp as my main image and a smaller skull stamp in the corner, both have been heat embossed in black.  The main image has then mounted on layered up (x6) die cuts.

Now off you hop to the very talented Serena's blog :)

Texture

Hi All, and welcome to another two week challenge at Smudgy Antics. For the next two weeks we want to see lots and lots of texture on your projects. You can make anything you want, but it must contain a stamped  image (rubber or digi) somewhere on your project.

This is what I came up with

The image is a digi stamp named Succubus #5 and is available from Smeared Ink.  The image is coloured with Promarkers and for texture I have used heat embossing, die cuts, lace, ribbon and embellishments.
