Dimensional Hallowe'en

For the next two weeks we challenge you to create a dark, Gothic or Hallowe'en based art piece which is dimensional in some way.  Yes, foam pop dots are fine, be we are really hoping to see you guys come up with some REAL dimension.

Here is what I came up with using Tando's webbed coffin and spider

The image, as if you didn't know, is the Master himself Nosferatu, borrowed from the net. The Tando dimensional coffin is coloured with paint and ProMarkers.

Broken Heart

Hi All and Welcome to a new two week challenge at Smudgy Antics ~

Broken Heart.

We have all been there.... crying our eyes out because somebody we loved broke our hearts. If you haven't had a broken heart, I'm sure you helped one of your best friends mend their broken heart or watched your children get their hearts broken.  This fornight we want you to create a project depicting a broken heart or being broken heated.

Here is mine

The backing paper is by Creative Imaginations and is called Tragic Symphony.   The verse typed over the top of the DP is taken from Peperonity.  The image is Holding Heart, a digi stamp from Smeared Ink, coloured with ProMarkers and glazed.

I don't know who created this gorgeous image, I borrowed it from the net.  There are, in fact three ravens in the image, but it's quite hard to see them in the photo. All embellishments are from my stash.

Halloween in your face

You are to create a dark, Gothic, or Hallowe'en based art piece to start celebrating for the upcoming holiday by making it all about Halloween, colours and images, etc.

For the next two weeks we at Haunted Design House will be sponsored by The Octopode Factory. Their challenge blog can be found Here.  The Minions have used the Gloomsville images.  These can be bought as a set or individually

Lily has some amazingly quirky and some superb Halloween images.
