31 Days of Halloween - Day 18

Hi Everyone,

Hey Check me out! I'm posting on time!........no promises for the future tho LOL

Hope you are all well and enjoying Smeared and Smudged 31 Days of Halloween :).  Thank you for all your kind comments on my previous posts :)

If you have just stumbled across my blog and would like to join in the blog hop from the beginning please see the blog list on my side bar and have fun!

I am quite proud of today's project (I know, pride comes before a fall), It took me ages to make and a couple of unscheduled visits to Hobbycraft (I'm going to apply for a job there!,) to replace spoilt items, lost pens and glue! can you believe I ran out of glue! what sort of crafter runs out of glue????  I sounded like Victor Meldrew....."I Don't BELIEVE IT!" LOL

Anyway here it is, I hope you like it as much as I do.

This is the front.
Sorry the acetate has created a glare....... who's bright idea was it to use acetate?

Don't know what happened here.......my camera is just cookie I guess LOL

EDIT
I have added another photo, the colouring is a bit better on this one

I have used two of Simply Betty's Steampunk Halloween stamps, Bella the Vampire and Jacob the Warewolf. I have coloured them both using Pro Markers. I then backed them onto a graveyard image, I borrowed from the net.  The gate is a 12 x 12 Die Cut from Creative Imaginations, which I cut in half and backed onto acetate (so it would stand up on it's own)  The sentiment is a digi stamp from Smeared Ink, which I also coloured with Pro Markers.

I would like to enter this LO into the following challenge(s)

Sentimental Sundays - Fancy Folds (this LO is gatefold..... is that fancy?)
HDH Macabre Monday - Lurid and Looming Landscapes
Paper Sundaes - Halloween or Fall
Irishteddy's - Orange, Black, Purple
Simon Says Stamp - Halloween or Gothic
Poodles Parlour - Spooky Halloween
Glitter Geeks - Two's Company (use two of something)

Thanks for stopping by.  Enjoy the rest of the hop :)

Fiona. x

  21. I can see how much work you have put into this card. It is very creative. I love how you have placed the figures. You also printed them at a size that makes them look like they belong there. They're not too big and they're not too small. Good job! Thank you for joining us this week at Glitter Geeks.
