Feeling Punchy

Good Morning,

Today we have a new challenge at Corrosive Challenges and that challenge is "Feeling Punchy"........ you are to use 2 or more punches or dies on your project. This month Corrosive is sponsored by Mayzy Art.

Here is what I came up with

I have used Natsuko by Mayze Art.  The punched border is made using a Martha Stewart punch. The flower frame is by Spellbinders.  The background frame is by X Cut. Sorry can't remember who the swirl is by and the scalloped circle is a Woodware punch. The DP's, flower, tassel, and bling are from my stash.

HDH #136 Truebie Or Not Truebie

Morning Everyone,

Welcome to this weeks Haunted Design House Challenge.  This week the challenge is Truebie or Not Truebie - a tribute to HBO's True Blood......... being a vampire lover, I'm red faced to admit I have never watched this programme. (oh the shame)

Anyway this is what I have come up with

All images are from the net.  The face is a promo image for True Blood and the white roses are by Victoria Frances.  The die cuts are by Spellbinders and the tassel is from my stash.

One Card Two Challenges

Congratulations to last weeks Winner and Top 3 of the colour challange at Smudgy Antics...... Well done ladies Fab creations :)

This week my card is doing double duty.......The challenge at Smudgy Antics is EMBELLISH IT - you are to  use at least 3 embellishments on your project and the Challenge at Haunted Design House is PASS THE DISTRESSING PLEASE - smear it, smudge it, distress it and this week HDH are being sponsored by  Smeared Ink.....Yay!!!

Here is the card I am using for both Smudgy Antics and Haunted Design House

The main images is Calaveras Skull No.1 by Smeared Ink  mounted onto a Spellbinders Floral Ovals frame, coloured with Pro Markers, Le Plumes and Sakura glitter pens, embellished with self-adhesive crystals and pearls.  The backing papers are by Crafty Chaos Designs, distressed and smudged with Stazon Ink.  The button embellishment is made with a Cherry Pie Stamp, stamped in black on red gloss card and mounted on black glitter card. The skull charm and tassel are from my stash.

Not too Shabby

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all enjoying your Sunday :)

Today we have a new challenge at Corrosive Challenges, our sponsor this month is Tickled Pink

TPS have generously offered 2 digi stamps of our choice to the May winner.

For the next two weeks the challenge is Not To Shabby....... you are to create something Shabby Chic or Vintage.

This is what I came up with

I have used the design before, I liked it so much I decided to use it again for this challenge.  The image is Lil Victorian Evie by TPS. The backing papers are by Crafty Chaos Designs.  The lamp post is a clear stamp by Kaisercraft.  The lace, flowers and pearls are all from my stash.
